Noteworthy sales at Michaan's include several pieces that have achieved world record prices, such as an A.D.M Cooper painting, The Three Graces, 1915, which fetched $21,060 in 2005, and an Eduard Gaertner artwork, German City Street Scene, 1831, that sold for $266,000. Of particular significance is a Tang Ying carving that commanded a remarkable $2,235,000, marking Michaan's highest-priced sale to date. In June 2015 alone, Henri Labasque’s Madame Lebasque and her Daughters reached $271,400 in the auction house, while Wojcieck Fangor’s M1 set a U.S. auction record for the artist at $169,400.
